Aaron Sasson

Mr. Sasson is chairman and CEO of GT Nexus. He has more than 20 years of experience as a technology leader and has helped found four companies, including GT Nexus. Before starting GT Nexus, Mr. Sasson was co-founder of Scopus Technology and served as senior vice president of field operations. At Scopus, he played a key role in its successful initial public offering and in driving revenues to more than $100 million in six years. He also led the company's successful merger with Siebel Systems, an industry leader in enterprise relationship software. Mr. Sasson was also a founder of Plato Software, which later was acquired by Genesys Labs. Mr. Sasson has held executive-level and management positions at Opus Systems, Sun Microsystems, GenRad and Motorola. Mr. Sasson earned a bachelor of science degree in electronics engineering from the University of London.


Max Hopper

Recognized by Computerworld magazine as one of the top 25 contributors in the field of information systems, and cited by CIO magazine as one of the 12 most influential information services executives of the 1990s, Mr. Hopper has been called the '"father of automation" in the travel industry. Before founding his own firm, Mr. Hopper worked for 20 years with AMR Corporation, an air transportation company and provider of information services to the travel and transportation industries. Mr. Hopper was a key figure in the development of The SABRE Group, a technology services business with revenues currently in excess of $1.5 billion. He also initiated the SABRE Travel Information Unit, the pioneering company providing electronic commerce to the travel industry, which currently has revenues of almost $1 billion with offices in 74 countries worldwide. Previously, Mr. Hopper served as executive vice president and chief information officer for Bank of America, where he led the bank's reengineering efforts in the systems and operations areas. Mr. Hopper began his career with Shell Oil and also worked with EDS and United Airlines. He currently serves on the board of directors of Gartner Group, United Stationers, Exodus Communications, Metrocall Inc., Payless Cashways Inc., USData Corporation, Accrue Software and several other companies, in addition to serving on the board of overseers for the Computer Museum.


Ori Sasson

Ori Sasson is a partner with Apax Partners one of the world's leading private equity investment groups, operating across Europe, Israel, the United States and Japan. Apax Partners manages and advises over €12 billion on behalf of leading institutional investors around the world.
Mr. Sasson has experienced tremendous success leading start-up and established high technology companies in all stages of their business. He has chaired and founded pioneering companies in wireless carrier services, global transportation logistics and managed services. Sasson served as President and CEO of Genesys Telecommunications Laboratories- the leader in the field of computer telephony integration-where he expanded the company’s global market reach, recruited a top-notch international management team, and managed the company’s acquisition by Paris-based Alcatel in January 2000. Previously, Sasson served as Chairman and CEO of Scopus Technology, a company he co-founded in 1991 and which maintained 7 years of uninterrupted profitability under his leadership. Sasson guided Scopus from its inception through a highly successful IPO and until its merger with Siebel Systems in April 1998, creating what is now the second largest applications company in the world. Sasson has used his business savvy to advise many young companies and has received numerous accolades, including the award for 1997 Bay Area Entrepreneur of the Year. He earned a master of science in Operations Research from the University of California at Berkeley. Mr. Sasson also serves on the boards of Fandango, RoamWare, and Foxcom Wireless.


Daniel P. Riley

Named one of the most 100 most influential people in finance by Treasury & Risk magazine in 2004, Mr. Riley is the former president of Bank of America’s Global Treasury Services Division. The Global Treasury Services and its support functions have a branch presence in 30+ countries, with revenues in excess of $5.5 billion per year. Mr. Riley was also a member of the Bank of America operating committee, chaired by the CEO. He serves on the board of trustees at Golden Gate University and the Giannini Family Foundation, and previously held board-level positions at the United Way of the Bay Area and the California Academy of Sciences.


Barry E. Taylor

Barry E. Taylor is Managing Director, Technology, Media and Telecommunications at Warburg Pincus. He has been with Warburg Pincus since October 2000 and is focused on the firm’s investments in Silicon Valley. Prior to joining Warburg Pincus, he was a partner with Wilson, Sonsini, Goodrich & Rosati, a venture capital and technology law firm in Palo Alto. Mr. Taylor received a B.A. in political science from Dickinson College magna cum laude and earned his J.D. from The University of Virginia School of Law, where he was a member of the Virginia Law Review. He is a director of Aicent and InfoGenesis.
