Aaron Sasson
Chairman and Chief Executive Officer

Mr. Sasson is chairman and CEO of GT Nexus, and is a member of the board of directors. He has more than 20 years of experience as a technology leader and has helped found four companies, including GT Nexus. Before starting GT Nexus, Mr. Sasson was co-founder of Scopus Technology and served as senior vice president of field operations. At Scopus, he played a key role in its successful initial public offering and in driving revenues to more than $100 million in six years. He also led the company's successful merger with Siebel Systems, an industry leader in enterprise relationship software. Mr. Sasson was also a founder of Plato Software, which later was acquired by Genesys Labs. Mr. Sasson has held executive-level and management positions at Opus Systems, Sun Microsystems, GenRad and Motorola. Mr. Sasson earned a Bachelor of Science degree in electronics engineering from the University of London.


John Urban
President

John Urban has over 20 years of experience in executive management, operations and sales with global transportation and technology companies. Prior to joining GT Nexus in 1998, Mr. Urban was an executive with American President Lines, Ltd. (APL), one of the world's largest ocean liner companies and part of the $4.7 billion NOL Group. He held several executive positions with the company in Asia, North and South America. Before APL, Mr. Urban was President of NPSC, a domestic intermodal carrier. Prior to that Mr. Urban was vice president of Sales and Marketing for BRAE Corp., a provider of transportation equipment financing, leasing and management. Mr. Urban began his professional career as an Account Executive for IBM in its large systems group, following his graduation from the Krannert Graduate School of Management at Purdue University, where he earned an MBA. He received his Bachelor of Science in economics from St. Bonaventure University, Olean, NY.


Allen Barr
Chief Financial Officer

Mr. Barr is chief financial officer of GT Nexus. Mr. Barr served most recently as CFO of SmartAge.com, an application service provider (ASP) with products and services enabling small businesses to sell more effectively through online promotion, distribution and customer management. Prior to joining SmartAge, he served as vice president, finance for New Era of Networks, Inc. (NEON), an e-business integration software company, where he was responsible for domestic mergers and acquisitions. Prior to NEON, Mr. Barr was CFO of Century Analysis, Inc., an enterprise application integration company which was acquired by NEON, and CFO of Sanctuary Woods Multimedia Corp., a software company producing educational and entertainment software. From 1980 to 1994, Mr. Barr served in a variety of operating management and corporate roles for Time Warner Inc. including worldwide business manager - TIME Magazine, director of investor relations for Time Warner and chief operating officer of Hippocrates Partners, Time Inc's health publishing unit. Mr. Barr has a Masters of Business Administration degree from Harvard University and a Bachelor of Science degree in Communication Studies from Northwestern University.


Anil Nair
Chief Technology Officer and Vice President, Engineering

Anil Nair is chief technology officer, vice president, engineering and a co-founder of GT Nexus, responsible for the GT Nexus technology platform and overall technology strategy. Prior to joining GT Nexus, Mr. Nair worked for Scopus Technology as director of the Internet and Java technologies group, where he led the team responsible for all Internet and Web based products for Scopus' enterprise applications. Before Scopus, he worked for IBM's T.J. Watson Research Labs and for Quintus Corporation. Mr. Nair has a Masters of Science Degree in Computer Science from the University of North Carolina at Chapel Hill and a Bachelor of Science degree in Computer Science from the Indian Institute of Technology at Madras.


Greg Johnsen
Executive Vice President, Marketing

Greg Johnsen is executive vice president of marketing, and co-founder of GT Nexus. Mr. Johnsen has more than twenty years of sales, marketing and product management experience with Silicon Valley technology companies. He has spent the last ten years focused on supply chain and logistics, working with hundreds of leading companies to drive sustainable improvements in global sourcing, transportation management, inventory control and a range of international operations. Prior to GT Nexus he was with Scopus Technology, an early leader in the customer relationship management software domain. He began his career at Ingres Corporation, a pioneer in relational database technology. Mr. Johnsen has a Bachelor of Arts degree in English from the University of California at Davis.


Andreas Stinnes
Vice President, Products & Strategy, and GM Europe

Andy Stinnes drives corporate strategy and product direction. He is responsible for global product management, product marketing and solutions consulting activities. Mr. Stinnes also serves as Managing Director of GT Nexus Europe. Mr. Stinnes has over fifteen years of experience in the enterprise software industry, building and growing successful products in the SCM space. Before joining GT Nexus, Mr. Stinnes lead product management at Apexon, Inc., a supply chain execution and supplier relationship management company. Prior, he spent many years at i2 Technologies, Inc., holding posts in Europe and the US, heading i2's worldwide industry solutions organization for the automotive industry. Mr. Stinnes holds Master of Science degrees in Mechanical Engineering and Manufacturing Systems Engineering from Stuttgart University, Germany, and the University of Wisconsin.


David Adams
CIO and EVP Operations

Mr. Adams is CIO and EVP Operations for GT Nexus, responsible for implementation, support and production operations for GT Nexus' solutions. Mr. Adams joined GT Nexus after eight years with Accenture (formerly Andersen Consulting), working in its transportation practice. He brings experience managing systems integration and e-commerce projects across a variety of transportation and logistics clients, including APL, DHL, Viking Freight, CNF, GE Capital, Polar Air Cargo, Ryder and Pacer Stacktrain. Prior to joining Accenture, Mr. Adams worked in international finance for the Industrial Bank of Japan in Tokyo. He received his undergraduate degree from Stanford University and has Masters in International Business from the University of California, San Diego.
