CBP Issues Interim Rule on "10+2"

The Interim Final Rule was published in the Federal Register on November 25, 2008 and becomes effective January 26, 2009. You can find the Interim Final Rule here. The rule is being published in interim form and contains a number of changes from the language of the Notice of Proposed Rulemaking that kicked the process off.
