Achieving Profitability in an Omnichannel Fulfillment Model
Omnichannel has transformed from a competitive advantage to an absolute necessity for retailers. While almost all retailers have evolved their business models to include an omnichannel offering, many retailers are still struggling to create a truly seamless experience for their customer. Even worse, while retailers are putting more investment into building an omnichannel, very few are able to do this profitably. This paper outlines the retail landscape for retailers, and steps they can take to create a profitable omnichannel model.
