Millennials have a reputation for not being very brand loyal. A recent survey conducted globally by YouGov and GT Nexus confirms this lack of brand loyalty among 18 to 34 year olds. According to the survey, 61 percent of all respondents didn’t consider themselves to be brand loyal, and switched their favorite brand in the last year. GT Nexus, with the help of an international TV production company, took to the streets of trendy East London to find out the surprising factors that make millennials turn on their favorite brands and how the supply chain plays a big role in affecting brand loyalty.
